The Product Accessibility Audit Coordinator will report to the Product Accessibility Audit Program Manager within the Client Product Accessibility team.
The program responsibilities and deliverables include:
Managing accessibility audits with third party vendors and internal engineers as part of our audit program which measures our product accessibility relative to WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines)
Managing and monitoring all teams for timely completion of audits and Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs)
Coordinating accessibility audits with internal product teams following established processes to establish scope, timelines, and measures of success
Facilitating and scheduling demo sessions between product teams and external auditors
Managing audit documentation including planning documents, scoping proposals, and SOWs (Statements of Work)
Performing quality reviews of and publishing ACRs to external website
Recommending improvements for overall coordination of audits to the Audit Program Manager
