Supplier Development Specialist - Make to Print

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supplier Development Specialist to join our team in Lindenberg im Allgäu. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, improving supply chain efficiency, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

As a key member of our procurement team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, negotiate contracts, and resolve supply chain issues.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing supplier development strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
• Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
• Identifying and mitigating supply chain risks to minimize disruptions to our business
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize supply chain operations

• Proven experience in supplier development or a related field
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and supply chain management software
