Progress Draw Officer

This is a Full Remote job, available from anywhere. The Progress Draw Officer assists the Loan Studio brokers and clients in progressing home loan applications with corresponding lenders.

The key responsibilities include:

• Address conditions required by lenders to have construction invoices sent by clients paid.
• Provide clients and 3rd party partners updates related to their construction loans.
• Provides process feedback to brokers to improve home loan application process.
• Push construction invoice timely payments.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Excellent Data Entry Accuracy and attention to details
• Intermediate knowledge and skills in Microsoft Excel and Adobe
• College Graduate
• Background in handling “financial” campaigns
• Experience working with an Australian Broking firm
