The National Channel Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our network of VAR partners across the country. This role involves recruiting, training, and supporting VARs to ensure they are equipped to drive sales and meet our company’s goals. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop strategies that empower our partners and maximize our market presence.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Identify potential VAR partners that align with our company’s market goals and values from recruitment through initial engagement and signing.
  • Develop training materials and conduct initial training sessions for new VAR partners on using the partner portal and understanding our sales processes.
  • Maintain, and support relationships with VAR partners through emails, calls, and in-person meetings including quarterly review meetings to discuss performance, goals, and strategies.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and drive sales growth.

Requirements

  • Experience in channel management or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for meetings and training sessions.
