We're looking for an experienced and influential Head of Quality to lead our Quality function and play a key role in shaping the future of VMC. This is a critical leadership position responsible for quality, food safety and compliance across the business.

About the Role
As Head of Quality, you will lead the Quality function across the business, providing strategic direction for quality, food safety and compliance while ensuring our systems, processes and people consistently deliver the standards our customers expect.
Leading a small but capable Quality team, you will coach and develop team members while partnering closely with Production, Procurement, Operations, NPD and the Leadership Team to drive quality performance and continuous improvement.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, developing people, improving systems and driving quality outcomes across the business.
