Associate DeFi Growth Specialist

The Lido Ecosystem Foundation seeks an Associate DeFi Growth Specialist to identify, pursue, and support ecosystem growth activities related to stETH, stVaults, and other upcoming protocol initiatives. The role will focus on conducting outreach and relationship building within the DeFi ecosystem, with the aim of facilitating integrations, strengthening adoption and protocol-level collaboration.

This is a hands-on, results-driven role: the Associate DeFi Growth Specialist will own a relations pipeline, run structured outreach, and convert opportunities into integrations and measurable ecosystem growth.

The ideal candidate has relevant growth-related experience in DeFi, is deeply familiar with staking and the broader Ethereum ecosystem, and thrives in a remote, international environment.

Key Scope

• Proactively build and maintain relationships with DeFi protocols, wallets, and users.
• Identify and generate new stETH and stVaults integration and collaboration opportunities through various channels, moving from outreach, pitching, to signed commercial agreements.
• Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle for your accounts.
• Lead collaborations and integrations, coordinating independently with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Source incentives for stETH growth and adoption, preparing clear proposals and securing the necessary approvals to support launches and expansions.
• Keep track of daily happenings and news in DeFi and TradFi.

• Relevant growth-related experience in DeFi.
• Deep familiarity with staking and the broader Ethereum ecosystem.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, international environment.
