Program Manager, Center for Opportunity, Race and Justice

The Program Manager Center for Opportunity, Race and Justice will be responsible for the following:

• Manage and oversee the Center's programs and initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve the Center's goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with the Director, Opportunity, Race and Justice to ensure alignment with the organization's overall mission and vision.

• Master's degree in a related field (e.g. social justice, public policy, etc.).
• 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in a non-profit or advocacy organization.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
