The Grayson School is seeking an Advancement Associate to support the work of the Advancement Office. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, personable, and eager to contribute to a growing school community. The Advancement Associate will work directly with the Head of Advancement and play a key role in advancing fundraising efforts, events, and community engagement initiatives.

This is a hands-on, collaborative role with significant opportunity to learn and grow in school advancement. You’ll gain meaningful, real-world experience while contributing to a start-up nonprofit that is making a tangible impact and experiencing exciting growth and momentum.

• Provide day-to-day support to the Head of Advancement across all initiatives
• Assist with planning and execution of events, including the GROW Gala and other community and donor events
• Communicate with families, donors, and community members in a professional and warm manner with tact and discretion
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date constituent records in Veracross
• Enter and process gifts, track donations, and support basic reporting needs
• Draft and send donor acknowledgments, including thank-you notes and letters
