Two shift options (8:30-17:30 or 7:30-16:30).
Picking, packing, truck loading/unloading, product organization, shipping/receiving, AND leader duties (attendance management, interviews, follow-up, company meetings, work instructions for 3-4 dispatch staff).
Items a few grams to 30kg (brief cart loading only). Heavy OT (20+h/month). Small team.
