This is a dispatch position at the Yaoichi Cook 1/2 produce corner, mainly steady fruit cutting.
Duties include cutting fruit such as rabbit-shaped apples and peeling mandarins, knife-based peeling and cutting, and packing.
You also wash knives and cutting boards and display products, with little customer service.
The main task is fruit cutting, and procedures are taught carefully.
Once learned it is repetitive work, recommended for those good at steady tasks.
