This is a hall staff position at the COACH cafe on Shibuya Cat Street, 10 minutes walk from Harajuku Station in Shibuya Ward, Tokyo.
You will handle customer service, order taking, cashier operations, drink preparation, light food preparation, and opening and closing duties — including operation of an outdoor cafe truck.
Around 80% of customers are international visitors, making this a primarily English-language service environment ideal for those looking to develop or apply language skills.
All shifts finish before 20:00, making work-life balance excellent for a hospitality role.
Both food service experience and conversational English ability are required.
