Duties include customer service, cashier, product restocking, and tasting preparation (boil water, steep dashi pack, measure salt concentration, pour into small cups). No cooking skills needed.
Multiple staff per shift. Three shift examples: 9:00-18:00, 10:00-19:00, or 11:45-20:45 (actual 8 hours, 1 hour break).
Minimum 4 days per week including weekends/holidays. Week-off 3 days also OK. Double work OK.
