Duties include cashier operation, assembling made-to-order salad bowls, food preparation and cutting, and cleaning of dishes and the dining area.
No prior cooking experience required — recipes are straightforward and the manager and senior staff provide patient support.
Customers include commuters, shoppers, and local office workers, creating a steady and enjoyable work environment.
Staff meals are available for 400 yen per serving (free during training), and hair color and style are freely permitted under the staff cap.
