Work at a hospital in Hakodate City, Hokkaido, washing and sterilizing medical instruments, 10 minutes walk from Goryokaku-Koen-Mae tram station.
Duties include washing scissors, tweezers, and other medical tools using specialized machines, sterilizing and disinfecting, assembling instrument sets, and wrapping for use.
Behind-the-scenes support role.
Time shift system between 7:00-21:00 (actual work 8 hours, 1 hour break). Shifts rotate with rest days in between.
Sundays and holidays off. Saturdays by rotation with shorter shifts (7:00-11:00, 8:30-12:30, or 8:30-14:00).
Most staff started with zero experience - learn at your own pace.
