This is a hospital cleaning and medical equipment support role in Shinjuku, Tokyo, placed through LeafNxT, located a 1-minute walk from Nishi-Shinjuku Station.
Duties include cleaning operating rooms and sterilization areas, restocking supplies, returning items to designated storage, preparing consumables, washing medical instruments by machine and by hand, inspecting equipment, assembling instrument sets, and packaging using specialized materials.
Tasks are divided and shared among team members; no direct patient contact is involved and all hygiene protocols follow the same standards as medical staff, including masks, gloves, and hand sanitization.
No experience, qualifications, or specialized knowledge are required as most staff start from scratch; thorough training is provided.

Weekends are basically off with one Saturday per month occasionally required.
