Sie betreuen mehrere Reinigungsobjekte im Raum Hannover und sind Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Mitarbeiter und Geschäftsleitung. Dazu gehören unter anderem:
Organisation und Kontrolle der Reinigungsarbeiten
Einteilung und Führung der Reinigungskräfte
Qualitätssicherung in den Objekten
Kundenbetreuung vor Ort
Materialbestellung und Objektbegehungen
Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter
Lösung von Problemen im Tagesgeschäft
