This is an opening staff hall and kitchen role at Taishuu Sakana Sakaba Shibuta Morishita, a new popular seafood izakaya opening directly at Morishita Station on the Toei Shinjuku Line in Mori-shita, Koto-ku, Tokyo.
As an opening staff member, all colleagues start together from day one, creating a supportive environment where no one is left behind regardless of experience level.
Hall duties include customer seating, order taking, food service, and table clearing, while kitchen duties cover cooking support and dishwashing - with two shift slots covering afternoon through late night hours.
The late night shift from 22:00 pays 1,625 yen per hour, and daily payment and cash-in-hand wages are both available for immediate access to earnings.
A free staff meal is provided (conditions apply), full transportation allowance is paid, and salary increases are available for long-term staff.
