Shifts are submitted every 2 weeks and are highly flexible — weekday-only and weekend-only arrangements are both accepted.
No overtime — working hours are clear and predictable.
Wages can be received as cash in hand directly from the store.
Training is conducted at the same hourly rate — no pay reduction during the learning period.
High school students are welcome at the same hourly rate as all other staff.
