This is a hospital ward cleaning and linen management role in Nakane, Meguro-ku, Tokyo, within 5 minutes walk of Toritsu-Daigaku Station, covering wards, corridors, toilets, and shared areas of a clean and modern hospital facility.
Duties are split with cleaning making up 70 to 80% of the work, plus collecting and replenishing used linen, managing consumable stock such as diapers, and making beds after patient discharge (2 to 3 beds per day).
No complex machinery is involved, and most staff are comfortable with the routine within approximately one month, working at their own pace throughout the hospital.
Female staff are the primary workforce, and uniform, changing room, and key-secured lockers are all provided.
