The Youth Coach works under the framework of the 'Future Vision, Prosperity and Employment for Young People in Kotayk and Gegharkunik Regions' program, implemented by the SOS Children's Villages Armenia, and is responsible for the selection, evaluation, development of individual plans, implementation of individual or group coaching, motivation support, and organization of experience exchange meetings for the beneficiaries of the program.
