Construction Assistant

Daikyo Construction is a company that manufactures precast concrete products in Chiba Prefecture.

This job involves supporting the work and daily lives of technical trainees, specified skilled foreign workers, and other foreign national employees.

Specific Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting with residence status applications and various administrative procedures
• Factory and site inspections
• Providing guidance and explanations on safety, health, and labor rules
• Translation and interpretation (Japanese ⇔ native language)
• Japanese language lessons
• Employee training
• Coordination and communication with sending organizations and supervising organizations

Salary Details:

• Monthly: ¥276,700 - ¥311,200/month
• Annual: ¥3,500,000 - ¥4,300,000/year
• Bonus/year: 3 time(s)
• Raise/year: 1 time(s)
• Overtime: 10 hours/month
