Construction Assistant

We are looking for someone who can settle down and work for us in the renovation industry, where demand is expected to continue to increase in the future.

You will be the helmsman to ensure that the construction progresses as planned. Your responsibilities will include procuring materials, arranging for craftsmen, and managing the construction schedule.

• Introducing craftsmen to customers
• Explaining the work to craftsmen
• Checking progress on site
• Preparing for the next project, contacting craftsmen, etc.

After joining the company, you will start with simple tasks and learn the names of machines! Experienced veteran employees will provide one-on-one guidance, so even those with no experience can rest assured.

• Japanese Level: Conversational
• Preferred certificates: Driver's license (Ordinary)
• Female preferred
• No experience OK
