This is an opening-crew convenience store staff position at Lawson Chuo-Rinkan Nichome store in Yamato City, Kanagawa, opening on April 13.
As all staff start together at the same time, there is no pressure from existing senior colleagues — a great environment for first-time part-time workers.
Duties include cashier operation (with automatic coin dispensing so no change-counting errors), deli and dessert sales, and general store tasks.
Shifts are available from just 1 day a week across morning, daytime, evening, and overnight slots, with fixed shift scheduling making it easy to plan your week.
No experience is required and thorough training is provided from before opening day.
