Duties include register operations, product restocking, and merchandise ordering. Busy with commuter customers - time flies. Staff contribute ordering ideas to help run the store. Students active.
Four shift blocks: morning (6:00-9:00 at 1,533 yen), daytime (9:00-13:00 or 13:00-17:00 at 1,226 yen), and evening (17:00-23:00 at 1,226 yen, deep night 25% up). 24-hour operation. Minimum 3 days per week.
Biannual bonus. Salary increases (annual, 5-15 yen for part-timers, based on evaluation). Paid leave. Deep night (22:00-9:00): 1,533 yen (+25%). Path to full-time employment.
