All staff start together as opening members - no existing hierarchy. The store manager values each person's satisfaction and input.
Three shift options: daytime (9:00-17:00), evening (17:00-22:00), and overnight (22:00-6:00). Minimum 2 days per week.
Located 8 minutes walk from Ueno Station and 7 minutes from Inaricho Station.
Base wage of 1,300 yen/hour with deep night rate of 1,625 yen/hour. Customer survey bonus and salary increase available.
Fixed shift system with schedule changes possible with 1 week notice. Work at nearby stores also available for those wanting more hours.
