Day Service Care Staff (Recreation & Activity)

We increase smiles in the daily lives of seniors through singing, exercise, and seasonal events.

This job involves supporting the daily lives of users at a day service center, primarily through recreation and events.

• Supporting exercises and light physical activity
• Planning and implementing seasonal events (birthday parties, crafts, games, etc.)
• Facilitating karaoke, brain training, and creative activities
• Supporting meals, bathing, and mobility
• Conversing with and supervising users

This is not just caregiving. It's a role to create time when users say, 'Today was fun.'

• Japanese Language Level: Conversational (N3 guideline)
• No experience necessary
• Experienced candidates welcome (caregiving, customer service, education, etc.)
