Two shift options (6:00-15:00 early / 13:00-22:00 late, 8h actual, 60 min break).
High 1,300 yen base. OT premium 1,625 yen (+25%). Week 4+ days. OT under 5h/month.
Long holidays (GW, Obon, year-end). Plate meals per hospital menu, simple food cutting, meal distribution, dish/utensil washing.
Everyday cooking skills applicable. Small team — easy to ask questions. Workplace tour. Bike/bicycle OK.
Advance pay (10,000 yen units). P-Concierge welfare. Long-term (3+ months). Monthly example: 228,800 yen.
