In Top Health Tech (THT), part of Top Doctors Group, we are looking for a Business Development Manager, working in Argentina, to drive the expansion of our products (innovative eHealth software solutions), define and execute the Go To Market strategy, build relationships with healthcare organizations, ensure constant and stable sales growth, and establish strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
Business Development in the Hospital Sector
Identify and prospect hospitals and clinics across the national territory.
Detect new commercial opportunities within strategic accounts.
Activate and expand the network of contacts in Medical Direction, Management, IT/Systems, Purchasing, and Clinical Units.
Analyze the needs of each organization and detect opportunities for digitalization and process improvement.
Sales Consultancy
Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, needs analysis, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
Design value proposals adapted to each hospital or hospital group.
Participate in public tender processes and negotiation in private environments.
Coordinate sales teams and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
