The Early Learners Of (ELO) Group are seeking talented qualified Educators (both full-time & casual) to join our dedicated team.
As an Educator, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality educational experiences for children aged 0-5 years, supporting their cognitive, social, and emotional development. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our reputable early learning centres.
What you'll be doing
- Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate learning programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment that fosters children's curiosity and love of learning
- Observe, document, and assess children's progress, using this information to individualise learning experiences
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching practices and the overall learning environment
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
What we're looking for
- A Certificate 3 or Diploma of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
- Demonstrated experience as an Educator, preferably in a long day care or preschool setting
- Experience as a Room Leader (desirable)
- Strong understanding of child development and pedagogical best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to supporting the holistic development of young children
- Current first aid, anaphylaxis, and asthma management certifications
- Blue Card
- Reliable transportation
