English-Japanese Administrative Support

Job Description:

You will be responsible for English customer support for our international e-commerce website specializing in bedding and traditional Japanese cushions (zabutons). Our handcrafted organic cotton futons, made by skilled artisans, are highly appreciated by customers around the world. This is a unique opportunity to bring traditional Japanese craftsmanship to a global audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries from overseas (in English, mainly via email)
• Provide customer support using AI tools
• Handle administrative tasks related to customer service
• Communicate with domestic staff (in Japanese)
• Create product orders and production instructions
• Prepare shipping documents
• Issue quotations and invoices
