Our Facilities Maintenance team provide planned and responsive maintenance, emergency repairs, disability modification upgrades, vacant restorations, property surveys, demolition, asbestos removal, and construction services throughout New South Wales, South Australia and Tasmania.

The Opportunity:

We seek a motivated Maintenance Coordinator to join our Facilities Maintenance team based out of our office in Whyalla or Port Lincoln.

As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will manage a portfolio of planned and responsive maintenance works from commencement to completion, including performing the initial scoping of works, scheduling and allocating works to trades, managing subcontractors, reviewing completed works to ensure compliance and everything in between.

This role is ideally suited to a candidate with domestic trade qualifications who wants to take the first steps towards a career in facilities management. In the role, you will gain exposure to a diverse variety of projects and develop your skills in the administrative and management side of the industry.

Standard working weeks are 40 hours, Monday to Friday. Due to the area we service, this role involves fortnightly regional travel throughout the Western region.

Requirements

  • Domestic trade qualifications
  • Experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of maintenance works
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license
