Director of Finance

Aspen Country Day School is seeking a Director of Finance to lead the school’s financial operations.
The Director of Finance is a senior administrative leader responsible for overseeing the financial health and sustainability of the school. This role manages budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, tuition and billing, financial aid coordination, and long-term financial planning, while supporting the school’s mission and strategic goals.
Aspen Country Day School shares a campus with Aspen Music School and Festival and this position coordinates on annual budgeting with the neighboring staff.

Salary:
The wage rate for this position will include a salary range of $165,000-$195,000 and will be commensurate with experience.
This is a full-time position with health, dental, vision, disability insurance, and retirement plan offerings. Housing support may be available.
