Opening staff for Marugame Seimen Ofuna Kasama-guchi branch, a new udon restaurant opening mid-May in Kamakura, Kanagawa.
Duties include greeting customers, preparing udon, tempura, rice dishes, operating the register, dishwashing, and cleaning.
As opening staff, everyone starts together with training in the store before opening day, so no one is left behind.
The store is just 1 minute walk from Ofuna Station with excellent access from multiple train lines.
Weekly shift submissions with pay calculated by the minute and late night premium after 22:00.
Staff from teens to 60s are welcome with thorough step-by-step training for each task.
