This is a hall and kitchen staff position at Marugame Seimen's Ario Kawaguchi location, inside the Ario Kawaguchi shopping center in Kawaguchi City, Saitama Prefecture.
Duties are divided into clear tasks — udon cooking assistance, tempura and onigiri preparation, dishwashing, hall cleanup, and cashier — so each staff member can work efficiently without feeling overwhelmed.
No experience is required, and thorough step-by-step training with detailed manuals and recipes is provided for all new staff.
Shifts start from as little as 2 hours a day and 1 day a week, with weekly scheduling making it easy to balance work with school, family, or other commitments.
Staff meals are available for just 120 yen per meal up to 800 yen in value, and a family meal support card is available for employees with children aged 15 and under.
