This is a full cooking role at a nursing care facility in Konan-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa, accessible from Kounandai Station.
Duties cover the full range of cooking tasks including Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, frying, steam convection oven cooking, plating and serving meals, chopping and blending for residents with dietary needs, and dishwashing.
Recipes are provided and most staff adapt within about one week, with flexible shift start times selectable between 05:00 and 20:15.
A cooking license or practical cooking experience is required; those with hospital or elderly care facility cooking experience are especially welcome.
