Duties include customer service, cooking ramen and sides, register operation, and dishwashing.

The restaurant features handmade noodles with a choice of thin or curly styles and rich tonkotsu broth.

Operating hours are from 08:30 to 01:00 with flexible shift options including short 4-hour shifts.

Full training and manuals are provided so even first-time workers can start with confidence.
