This is a kitchen staff position at WINEHALL GLAMOUR Nakanoshima, a wine hall and meat cuisine dining restaurant on the basement floor of Nakanoshima Festival Tower West in Kita Ward, Osaka City.
You will assist with grilling Kuroge Wagyu beef, prepping duck and pork dishes, plating tapas, and supporting cooking operations in a stylish wine cellar-inspired setting.
Over 100 curated wines and a wide tapas menu give kitchen staff the opportunity to develop grill techniques and wine pairing knowledge.
Shifts start from 4 hours a day and 2 days a week with weekly payment available and a 30% employee discount at all 300+ group restaurants.
