Duties include cutting and prepping ingredients, cooking large-batch meals with team, plating set meals and side dishes, serving at the counter during lunch, and washing cookware with dishwashing machine. Support role - not head chef.
Two shift options: morning (8:45-13:15, ~4.5h) or afternoon/evening (14:00-22:00, ~7h with break). Complete weekends off (company calendar). No overtime. Long-term. Trial period 14 days. Staff in their 20s-40s active.
