This is an opening staff recruitment — join the team from the very start and help build the restaurant.
Kitchen tasks include placing sushi toppings on machine-made shari (no hand-pressing), cooking assistance, dishwashing, and kitchen cleaning — simple and beginner-friendly.
Shifts are available from just 3 hours per day and 2 days per week with weekly schedule submissions, covering daytime hours only.
Weekend and public holiday shifts earn an additional 50 yen per hour, and an opening bonus of +50 yen/hour applies until June 2026.
