Evening and late-night shifts only (from 19:00 weekdays, 21:00 weekends) with work finishing at 25:30 — suited to those who prefer night-side work.
A team of around 15 staff with an amiable, cooperative atmosphere — women are the majority, with male chefs also active.
Seniors (60s and above) welcome; maximum employment age 70.
