This is a kitchen staff role at Sushiro Kokura Ekimae, a brand-new opening of the nation's largest conveyor belt sushi chain, located in Cent City shopping complex just 2 minutes walk from Kokura Station in Kokura Kita-ku, Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture.
Kitchen duties include sushi making (shari is prepared by machine - staff simply place toppings neatly), cooking assistance, dishwashing, and kitchen cleaning - all simple and beginner-friendly tasks with thorough senior staff support.
As an opening recruitment, all staff start together from mid-April, and the store operates with thorough hygiene management and a touchless, contact-free service model throughout.
Flexible shift options from 09:00 onwards with a minimum of 3 hours per day and 2 days per week make this ideal for homemakers and those wanting short morning shifts, with weekly shift submission for easy scheduling.
An opening bonus of 50 yen extra per hour is paid until May 2026, and Saturday, Sunday, and public holiday shifts all add a further 50 yen per hour.
