Kitchen Server - Restaurant Team Member

The long-established steakhouse Smith & Wollensky is opening in Ginza, Tokyo!

We're hiring kitchen staff! We're looking for opening team members to help with everything from pre-opening preparations to restaurant setup.

Job Description:

• Ingredient preparation
• Cooking various menu items
• Plating and quality control
• Food management and inventory management
• Kitchen cleaning and sanitation management
• Team collaboration and operational assistance

As a kitchen staff member, you'll be responsible for all aspects of the kitchen.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 12:00 AM (Shift system with 8 hours actual work, overtime available)

Breaks provided. First and last trains taken into consideration.

Work Location: Ginza Station (3-minute walk from the station)

Work Environment: This is a newly opened restaurant. You'll also learn about the meat aging process and how to handle it.

• Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N3 or higher
• Employment status
• 2+ years of work experience
• Male or Female preferred
• Foreigner working Student visa preferred
• Qualification: High School
• Japanese Level: Conversational
• Skills: Cooking, Chef (various nationalities)
