Work at Takayamaso Hanano, a hidden gem luxury ryokan with only 15 rooms in the Arima Onsen area of Kobe Kita-ku (Arima-cho 400-1), 10 minutes walk from Arima-Onsen Station. Like a private art museum. Team-based cleaning for peace of mind.
Duties include cleaning guest rooms, making beds, and maintaining the beautiful ryokan interior. Small 15-room property means intimate, quality-focused work. Team system with support. Parents active. Work experience and tour available.
Two shift options: 8:00-16:30 or 10:00-16:00. Minimum 2 days per week. Weekday-only and weekend-only both OK. Double work OK. Monthly shift submissions. No overtime. Times may slightly vary.
Training 1-2 months at same wage (1,200 yen). Biannual bonus (small, performance-based). Annual salary increase (performance/evaluation-based).
