Work at a hotel in Minato-ku (Azabudai 1-chome), cleaning shared areas and supervising cleaning staff on the overnight shift, 5 minutes walk from Kamiyacho Station. Very high hourly rate of 1,800 yen plus deep night premium. Preferred shift system.
Duties include cleaning hotel common areas (hallways, lobby, restaurant, etc.) and performing supervisor tasks (roll call, document management, staff training and guidance). Management experience not required.
Overnight shift from 23:00 to 7:00 (actual 7 hours, 1 hour break). 5 days per week. Preferred shift system. Deep night premium on top of base 1,800 yen. Long-term. Staff from 20s to seniors active.
Daily payment available (advance pay negotiable). Overtime: 1.25x. Holiday premium: 1.35x. No resume or office visit needed. Web registration OK.
Cleaning experience preferred. Management/leader experience not required (regular cleaning-only positions also available).
