Putnam Indian Field School is seeking a Human Resources consultant to support the school with tasks related to employee management and relations, compliance, and specialized projects.
Putnam Indian Field School is an independent, co-educational preschool in Greenwich, CT for children ages 2-5. The school operates on a three-acre campus and maintains a staff of 40 teachers, administrative staff, and support staff.
Qualifications
Belief in and support of the school’s mission
Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact confidently, kindly, and effectively with school staff, parents, donors, trustees, school administration and alumni
Knowledge of employment law and Connecticut State labor practices and procedures
Excellent interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and mediation skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Google Workspace, and general digital media; willingness to learn new databases and web tools
Experience in a school setting preferred
