Senior ServiceNow Analyst (ITSM / ITOM / CMDB / HAM)

This is a senior-level position for an Analyst ServiceNow (ITSM / ITOM / CMDB / HAM).

Key requirements:

• Practical experience with administration and configuration of the ServiceNow platform.
• Solid knowledge of the ITSM (IT Service Management), ITOM (IT Operations Management), CMDB (Configuration Management Database), and HAM (Hardware Asset Management) modules.
• Experience in corporate environments with structured IT processes.
• Experience in sustaining and evolving corporate platforms.
• Knowledge of good IT governance practices and service management.
• Ability to gather requirements and interact with business areas.

Responsibilities:

• Act in the maintenance and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure, administer, and evolve the ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and HAM modules.
• Support and optimize processes for Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Request Management.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and integrity in the CMDB.
• Analyze and gather requirements from business areas.
• Translate functional needs into solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Participate in automation and digital transformation projects.
• Develop functional and technical documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
• Provide support to global users and stakeholders.
