## Job Description

• Job Description: Cleaning and maintenance of building materials (pipes, plates, parts, etc.)
• Work Location: 8-minute walk from Nakayama Station on the JR Yokohama Line
• Commuting by car or motorcycle is possible (parking available)
• Working Hours: 08:00～17:30 (1 hour 30 minutes break, 8 hours of actual work)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday, Sunday, national holidays, New Year's holidays, Obon, Golden Week holidays off)
• Hourly Wage: ① ¥1,400 (including transportation expenses), ② ¥1,300 (transportation expenses paid separately)
• Eligibility Requirements: Applicants must possess one of the following qualifications:
• Designated Activities (Refugee Visa) *Possible depending on the contents of the designation document
• Permanent Resident
• Long-Term Resident
• Spouse of a Japanese National
• Spouse of a Permanent Resident
• Japanese Language Proficiency
• Ability to communicate in Japanese
