We are seeking a part-time factory worker to join our team.

Job Details:

• Hourly: ¥1,500 - ¥1,800/hour

Job Description:

• STEP 1: Put raw materials (30 kg bags of brown rice or 1 ton bags) into the rice milling line, and arrange polished white rice on pallets to be weighed and packaged using an automatic packer (2 kg/5 kg/10 kg/30 kg). Also, general rice milling work such as cleaning and sorting.
• STEP 2: Operation and management of rice milling line.
• STEP 3: Manufacturing schedule management/manufacturing daily report management.
• STEP 4: Staff guidance.

• Part-time availability (2-3 days/week)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment
• Basic understanding of rice milling processes
• Good communication skills (Japanese conversational level required)
