HOW YOU WILL IMPACT THE BIG PICTURE:
As the Email Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of EWTN’s email and SMS marketing efforts to support the Network’s mission of sharing the Gospel worldwide. You will create engaging donor and audience communication journeys, drive subscriber growth and retention, improve donor lifetime value, and leverage data-driven insights to strengthen relationships with current, future, and lapsed supporters. Working collaboratively across departments, you will ensure marketing campaigns are effective, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
You will manage and optimize email and SMS marketing programs, including audience segmentation, automation workflows, campaign execution, deliverability, compliance, and performance reporting. This role oversees list health, testing strategies, subscriber growth initiatives, and donor engagement efforts while utilizing analytics to improve acquisition, cultivation, and retention outcomes. You will collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and technology partners to enhance campaign effectiveness, expand marketing capabilities, and implement innovative strategies that maximize audience engagement. Additionally, you will maintain campaign calendars, monitor industry trends and privacy regulations, supervise the Email and SMS Marketing Specialist, and provide actionable insights through reporting and analysis.
