Work at Tempura Makino inside Shinjuku Mitsui Building B1F, a premium open-kitchen tempura restaurant from the Toridoll Group, right next to Tochomae Station.
Fry shrimp, vegetables, and other tempura at the counter in front of customers. Also handle order-taking, cashier (touch panel), and dishwashing.
Weekday hours 7:00-23:00, weekend hours 8:00-21:00. Minimum 2 days per week and 3 hours per day.
Late night after 22:00 at 25% premium. Staff meal at just 120 yen.
JLPT N3 or equivalent required for customer service.
Frying time manuals provided for each ingredient so no experience needed.
Start with dishwashing and rice prep, then progress to tempura.
Hair style and color free. High school students welcome. No resume required.
